Day at the Frontline

19 Oct

This is only a quick post to give a little insight into what I spent the great part of my day doing.

We headed to an area of distress to help the people of our beloved Thailand prepare for the floods. We spent hours helping making sandbags for places all around Bangkok.
Shoveling, tying,  passing, packing, and throwing them into a truck to be transported away. We did it all.

We were treated like celebrities, but that did not stop us from getting dirty and right into front line of the work.

Not many pictures were taken, for as soon as work came, work was being done.

The amount of people, and the feeling of being in a place like this is unimaginable.
No photographs or words can explain it.
